$400 Every 8 Weeks (aka Season)

  • Training Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Every Other Saturday
  • Training Times: 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9AM and 4, 5 & 6PM
  • Pay $400 up front, or 2 payments of $200 each

Train Twice Per Week

Advanced, elite athletic training that focuses on strength, power, speed, explosiveness, and preparing athletes for high school and college competition.

Welcome to Big Kent's Lifestyle Overhaul!! This is the place where your fitness goals become a reality through changing your lifestyle and understanding of fitness. In this program, you will receive top-notch coaching with customized nutrition, mental support, and intense training sessions that will allow you to meet and exceed your potential and expectations.
